Elemental Bodywork Sessions are for those looking to relieve stress and pain on the physical level. Using therapeutic techniques including deep massage, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching and range of motion, Erica works intuitively to release the physical elements of the body to create ease. Dynamic cupping and hot stones are incorporated at no extra cost. Erica creates her own shea butter based essential oil mixtures for deep nourishment.

Multidimensional Massage therapy sessions are for those individuals who wish to experience deep healing along with bodywork. It is an “all systems check” type of session—ideal for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression. and emotional re-patterning. Erica energetically attunes with her clients in a way that supports deep alignment, energetic clarity, re-patterning and profound stress relief. During a Multidimensional Massage therapy session, the use of sound is employed either by tuning forks, singing bowls or vocal toning.

Grounded in the mindful application of yogic science, be guided into the body and senses to discover the holding patterns that are ready to unravel and reveal pathways to deep healing and relaxation. An intuitive light touch modality that includes the use of guided mindfulness practices and sound (singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes) to support a deep connection with one's True Self beyond judgment or dogma. Longer sessions include time for sharing, teaching and individualized guidance. Ideal for those recovering from anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD or for those wanting to deepen their understanding of Self.

Starting from the framework of Patanjali's yoga, learn somatic techniques to ground into presence and use the full spectrum of your human experience. Based on the philosophy of Tantric Yoga, use your breath, body and senses to discern how the mind operates and how to harness that force to move into the subtle anatomy of the chakra system and lead one to transformation and deep relaxation. -
Open to all levels in North Austin at The Yoga Common relax and unwind with this gentle and calm practice. Set to soothing music, this 60 minute class begins with a meditative, relaxing flow where poses are held longer to establish a strong connection to the breath, then ends with deep Restorative yoga poses. This class is good for anyone who would like to soothe away the stress of the day. Expect a mindful, slower paced class to prepare your mind and body for deep relaxation and rest.
